Our Photographers are all FAA UAV certified pilots allowing us to fly where others cannot. Aerial shots are great for showing off the best perspective of your property, whether that’s the acreage, features, or location.
All aerial photography is included in the base price.
Photography
We specialize in interior, exterior, and aerial photography allowing your property the attention it deserves. Depending on the features of the property you can expect to receive between 20-30 photos with up to 6 aerial shots. These photos will come in both a high-resolution 300dpi for the listing catalog and a low-resolution 150dpi for web-based applications like Facebook and Instagram. Photos will take 1-2 business days for digital delivery.

- $229 – For a home between 2000 – 2750 Square Feet
- $259 – For a home between 2750 – 3500 Square Feet
- $279 – For a home between 3500 – 4250 Square Feet
- $299 – For a home between 4250 – 5000 Square Feet
- $339 – For a home between 5000 – 6000 Square Feet

Additional Charges
- $50 – Additional Photos – For up to 50 Photos (Total)
- $100 – Expedited Services – Same day digital delivery
- Travel Fee – Locations outside the South Shore of Boston may be subject to a travel fee

MLS Photo and Video works with both real estate agents and homeowners to produce high-quality real estate videos. This allows buyers to have a more dynamic interaction while focusing on the top-selling features of the property. Videos will take 2-3 business days for digital delivery.
